There are three themes within this edition: Wilderness, with warm knits including jumpers, cardigans, capes and a hat, all with a strong Scottish influence with plaids, checks and Fairisles – all given a modern twist. Craftwork has been inspired by traditional craft and is influenced by Bauhaus and the Arts and Crafts movement and includes a colourful collection of feminine designs featuring jacquard patterning, stripes, and textured stitches. And finally, Essentials, a selection of simple and easy to wear shapes, mainly plain with some textured and lace stitches. The designs use a variety of Rowan yarns including: Rowan Felted Tweed DK, the merino and mohair Rowan Cocoon, the alpaca and merino Rowan Fine Lace and the perennial favourite Rowan Kidsilk Haze.
